No. of Vacancies: 4 positions (Preferable Base Location – Bangalore, Mysore, Belgaum, Davangere, Hubli, Bellary)

1. While graduation is a requirement we need candidates with the right attitude towards achieving goals on Hesaathi expansion, training and driving the business for the Hesaathi to reach a milestone of earning an income of INR 10000 per month in transactional margin of buy, sell and promoting brands at their respective village.

2. The candidate should like travelling and let us warn you that village travel can be fun but is rustic ; we expect state heads to travel 50% and Field Officers to travel 90% of their work hours in their respective districts and villages.

3. Commitment to numbers in terms of (a) Hesaathi Expansion (b) Hesaathi training and enablement (c) Hesaathi Revenue achievements.

Please Note :
1. State Heads and Field Ofiicers to have their own Computer/Android devices for operating on the Hesa Platform.
2. Mobile Charges for Voice and Data will be reimbursed as per the plan provided to the candidate.
3. It is mandatory that State Heads and Field Officers have their own vehicles with insurance. The fuel and travel reimbursements for their district and village travels will be reimbursed.

Freshers till 5 years

1. 2 to 3 years in relevant domain

Mandatory: Ownership of Two Wheeler with valid driving license and Insurance.

Hesa Requires Agriculture Buy- Sell Specialists designated as “Field Officers”

Description:

  1.  Responsible for identifying the best suited Agri produce seasonally for procurement from a state / district – ability to interact with farmers directly and with transporters for end to end product procurement and delivery fulfilment.
  2. Responsible for identifying the buyer catchment states / districts and key buyers for agriculture produce procured from different markets.
  3. Connects with agriculture transport companies and nuances related to agri transport packing and logistics
  4.  Relations with agriculture wholesalers in Mandis of base location and other Mandis in India.
  5. Relations with agri produce storage warehousing companies.
  6. Prepare purchase orders based on minimum Cost and timely delivery of the material and manage business with truck to truck a P & L being responsible for purchase / Sales schedules..
  7. Close monitoring on the daily price of agri produce and making the analysis reports. Maintain MIS Reports related to produce; Cost savings, farmer/region/supplier Quality aspect etc. Influence farmers and guide them about produce. Building relationships with the farmers and Influence them on the produce.
